HAZ

HAZ is a self-taught London-based artist who plays with bold colours and texture to create her vibrant still-life pieces. After studying fashion design and learning print-making, colour theory, illustration, life drawing, garment construction and more, HAZ continued to explore the way shapes and colour interact and began creating and selling her artworks. The act of painting is extremely meditative for her and allows a heightened state of presence and flow in which she finds extremely calming and serene. Her pieces are made with surroundings in mind, she is always thinking about how art relates to space and how the feelings it evokes in those environments.
Her work has been sold all over the world including New Zealand, Australia, UK, US, Canada, Italy, South Africa, Japan, China, France, Portugal and Spain.
